Key Responsibilities- Provide product education to guests, process purchases, and support with warranties or damaged goods
- Support in-store events, inventory counts, replenish products, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Offer feedback and suggestions on merchandising to enhance the guest experience and sales
- Collaborate with your team and leaders in an open and positive way
- Deliver best-in-class experiences through education, service, and culture
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and seamlessly integrate this knowledge into your interactions
- Two or more years of retail sales experience
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Enjoy having fun at work while holding yourself accountable
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a deep understanding of your impact
- Self-motivated, with a talent for problem-solving
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
