Role

The Data Lead will play a critical role in the success of our major transformation project, responsible for orchestrating and managing the data migration and integration processes. This involves ensuring that data is accurately and efficiently transitioned from legacy systems to new platforms, maintaining data integrity, quality, and security throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional team to align data strategies with business objectives
  • Oversee data governance and implement best practices for data management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Develop and implement data migration and integration plans
  • Provide leadership and expertise in data migration and integration

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Data Lead or in a similar leadership role
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and leading a data team
  • Preferably experience in Data Management within SAP landscape
  • Strong experience in data governance, data architecture, and data quality management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write clear and concise instructional aids
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of software development cycles
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of data migration and management testing methodologies and best practices
