At our Osborne Terminal, we're seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Terminal Operator. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their ability to operate plant equipment safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of our bulk cement products. They'll also be operating plant equipment, including front-end loaders, to achieve maximum throughput and meet quality targets. Additionally, they'll perform site maintenance activities, allocate and supervise contract maintenance providers, and participate in daily stock control and monitoring activities.

To excel in this role, you should possess experience in terminal operations, particularly in bulk loading and unloading. Holding a valid front-end loader ticket, manual car license, and trade qualification in electrical or mechanical fields are highly regarded. Basic computer skills, especially with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Lotus Notes, are also essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
