Senior Contract Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong measurement skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to work closely with senior management.

The role involves preparing cost forecasts, monitoring financial status, and ensuring site supervisory staff are aware of project scope and inclusions in tender packages. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for preparation of tender documentation required for procurement of sub-contractors.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cost forecasts and monitor financial status
  • Provide input for financial reports to Management Team
  • Evaluate and recommend tender proposals from sub-contractors
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Liaise with clients regarding progress claims

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar. You must also have solid local experience working as a Contracts Administrator and previous proven experience completing multiple projects start to finish.
