Job Description

The role of a Sales Team Member involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

This exciting retail opportunity allows you to work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with customers and providing product knowledge and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing retail space, ensuring products are attractively displayed and easily accessible.
  • Actively engaging with customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Participating in stock management, merchandising, and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is an advantage.

Our store is open 7 days a week, and as such, you will need to be flexible and available to work on a rotating roster which may include early mornings, late finishes, and weekends.
