About the Role:
We seek a skilled finance professional to join our team in Western Australia. As a Finance Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing expenditure budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage expenditure budgets, forecasting future expenses and creating budgets for review.
- Prepare financial reports on all expenditure and non-trading income.
- Conduct financial transactions, ensuring timely payments and resolving issues.
- Create shifts and ensure accurate shift ratios in Shift Care using the ROC system.
- Establish and maintain clear communication with participants' guardians to secure timely agreements and consents.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, maintaining accurate records and reporting issues to management.
- Review and analyse the Participant groceries account and the Capital expenditure account, reconciling ledgers monthly.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in accounts, finance or relevant role, preferably in disability or healthcare setting.
- 2 years' experience with NDIS administration, including Portal claiming and processing within a disability or health care service provider.
- Proficient with Internet and Microsoft Offices.
