Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team, responsible for various administrative duties, including match day preparations, membership management, player registrations, merchandise and stock management, social media and communications, function centre administration, junior committee coordination, and finance and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Board, staff, and members, ensuring the smooth operation of the club.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with the coordination of events, including match days, functions, and junior competitions.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication channels with members, staff, and stakeholders, promoting the club's activities and achievements.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management tasks, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in administration or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in IT and computer skills.
  • Culture Fit: A passion for football and community sports, with a commitment to our club's values and mission.

What We Offer:
