Sales Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our team at Sportsgirl. As a Sales Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing styling advice and recommendations, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with stock deliveries, visual merchandising, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- A comprehensive online learning program, followed by in-store training with your Store Manager.
