The Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Member to join our team at Sussan. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing styling advice, and assisting with stock deliveries and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store environment
  • Assist with stock deliveries, visual merchandising, and maintaining store displays
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
