Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute engineering efficiency improvements on an annual basis.
- Lead the Engineering and Design team to enhance individual and team performance.
- Champion growth and development while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and engage with technical regulators, suppliers, customers, industry associations, and government representatives.
You excel in empowering teams, delivering impactful results, and fostering collaboration. With a passion for safety, quality, and sustainability, you thrive in driving innovation in Engineering & Design management.
Requirements:- Proven experience in setting and executing Engineering & Design management strategies.
- Strong leadership within contracting businesses in infrastructure, utilities, or energy sectors.
- Expertise in resource forecasting, staff development, and managing Transmission Engineering & Design functions.
