Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient engineering strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead high-performing teams to achieve outstanding outcomes in engineering management.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including technical regulators, suppliers, customers, and industry associations.
- Evaluate and improve project delivery processes to meet Australian standards and organizational guidelines.
- Cultivate a commercial contracting culture within the engineering team, focusing on customer satisfaction and EBIT targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in setting and executing engineering strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with expertise in managing contracting businesses in infrastructure, utilities, or energy sectors.
- Excellent resource forecasting, staff development, and transmission engineering & design management skills.
- High-level business acumen, with a commitment to delivering quality systems and outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building team growth and respectful client relationships.
