Pick Packer Job Description

As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of goods. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for stock replenishment of inward goods, packing daily orders in cartons and pallets, assisting in dispatch of orders, loading courier vans, wrapping pallets, and unloading containers. You will also ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard, while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Replenish stock levels to maintain efficient inventory management
  • Pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands
  • Assist in the dispatch process to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Load courier vans safely and efficiently to prevent damage to goods or injury to yourself or others
  • Wrap pallets securely to prevent damage during transit
