About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Site Supervisor. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and monitor site safety
  • Document site activity and progress
  • Work closely with the Foreman to review project status and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Trade or tertiary qualification in Carpentry or Joinery
  • 2 years experience working on commercial/new build projects in Australia for a recognized head building contractor
  • Highly motivated and ambitious individual with a drive for leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
