About the Role

This dual-role position is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic and providing an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
  • Manage sterilisation processes, maintaining a strict standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Greet and welcome patients upon their arrival, and manage appointment bookings in a timely manner.
  • Handle phone inquiries, relay messages and manage patient records in both English and Arabic with proficiency.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat and presents a pleasant and professional image at all times.
  • Process billing, payments, and liaise with insurance companies when necessary to ensure efficient communication.
  • Support and promote a positive work environment in line with our clinic values and mission statement.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting or relevant experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with dental software applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Current Working with Children Check and Police Check to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
