Health, Safety and Environmental Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team as a HSE Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in driving health, safety, and environmental excellence in world-class offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and support HSE Leads and Rig HSE Advisors across regional operations, providing guidance on compliance and audits.
  • Coordinate audits, compliance, and medical support activities, ensuring alignment with corporate HSE standards and regional regulations.
  • Represent the company in meetings with regulators, customers, and senior management, advocating for health, safety, and environmental best practices.
  • Support the roll-out of corporate HSE alerts, advisories, and improvement initiatives, promoting awareness and performance improvement among teams.
  • Research and share HSE best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as health and safety or environmental science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the offshore drilling industry, preferably in operational roles.
  • Extensive HSE experience within the oil & gas or offshore drilling industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Relevant qualifications, valid medical/vaccination certificates, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory compliance, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and influence HSE culture across diverse teams.
