Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mandarin interpreter to work on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a high level of proficiency in English and be familiar with the specific vocabulary used in the healthcare and medical industries.

The selected individual will be responsible for answering calls professionally, communicating with their team leader, and participating in internal training sessions. They must possess strong communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.
  • Be aware of the specific vocabulary associated with the industry they work with, particularly in healthcare and medicine.
  • Communicate and report to their team leader.

Requirements

  • High level of proficiency in English and the target language.
  • 1+ years of interpreting experience (desired).
  • Strong emotional intelligence and cultural adaptability.
  • Superior communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention abilities.
