We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our healthcare service as Hospitality Services Assistants.

Job Description
  • The primary role of the Hospitality Services Assistant is to provide a high quality meal delivery service to patients in a hospital environment.
  • This involves working efficiently across the plating line service, supporting function set up and cleaning, and being respectful, understanding and compassionate towards patients and colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you will have an upbeat personality and positive attitude. You will be happy working autonomously, in a team, and with patients directly.

  • A strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver exceptional patient experiences through a range of services including meal delivery and function set-up.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and courteously with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • An organised approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A well-developed understanding of Infection Control and Food Safety principles in a hospital environment.
  • Basic training in Food Allergy awareness and the ability to maintain accurate records and reporting requirements.
  • Flexibility with availability for rostered shifts across morning, afternoon, and weekends.
