About the role:

The Workplace Health and Safety Specialist will join the Corporate Services team at The BUSY Group and contribute to driving a culture that prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees. This role will focus on training across all offices and implementing best practice Workplace Health and Safety processes and procedures, including facility-wide audits, initiatives to prevent workplace incidents, and management of workplace injuries. Regular travel will be required for this role.

This is a full-time opportunity working from our Southport office with hybrid working arrangements available.

About you:

  • WHS qualification and a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • A positive, driven approach to a continually changing work environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, including high-level writing skills and computer skills
  • Strong client focus and desire to be a part of a service organisation
