Job Title:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer experience through proactive engagement, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
  • Identify customers' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services, and communicate these effectively to customers.

What You Will Need:

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
