We are seeking an experienced Skincare Expert to join our Belconnen team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate individuals to grow with our brand and develop their expertise in skincare.

As a dynamic member of our team, you will work closely with the Boutique Manager and team to elevate our skincare range.

Your primary focus will be driving growth through personalised consultations, tailored customer experiences, and engaging in-store events.

You will increase and maintain the boutique's skincare performance.

This is a casual position requiring flexible availability, including weekends.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through expert skincare advice and product knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Engage in-store events and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
About You
  • Requirements:
  • At least 2 years retail experience, ideally in skincare or fragrance.
  • A team player, professional, and results-driven individual.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Comfortable providing skincare demonstrations/consultations (touching clients' skin).
