Job Description

The Training Facilitator will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to participants. This role requires a dynamic individual who can foster a positive learning environment, adapt training materials to varied audiences, and ensure that learning objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions on aviation safety management, investigation, auditor, and other safety-related topics
  • Facilitate training courses throughout the Australia/Pacific region
  • Travel to client sites as required
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Operational experience in Training & Development within the aviation industry
  • Strong ability in delivering effective and engaging training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of aviation safety and quality standards
  • Relevant certification or qualification in training or aviation safety
