Bird Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bird Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for identifying and eliminating bird infestations in client properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect client premises thoroughly to identify bird infestations
  • Apply necessary treatments and install bird management systems using the appropriate tools and equipment
  • Carry out measures to eliminate pests
  • Identify sales leads in the region where possible
  • Build rapport with and communicate with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
  • Eligible to work full-time in Australia
  • Current and valid Australian driver's licence
  • The ability to drive a manual vehicle - preferred
  • High-risk licence EWP - Mandatory
  • White Card Construction - mandatory
  • The ability to handle birds
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
  • Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
  • High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
  • An ability to consistently work within both our client's and our safety parameters
