Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 077. The successful candidate will provide coordination and guidance to support operational and strategic goals, assisting the General Medicine Physician team with clinical operations in obtaining key performance benchmarks, maintaining clinical standards, and optimizing patient and service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, analyze, and interpret General Medicine patient data and processes from a variety of sources to inform and balance quality care delivery with development and improvements in patient care at pivotal interface points.
  • Provide coordination and guidance to support operational and strategic goals, assisting the General Medicine Physician team with clinical operations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices that improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote quality care and patient safety.
Requirements
  • Advanced clinical and leadership expertise in Emergency/Critical Care, Acute Medicine, and Care in the Right Setting.
  • Proven experience in advanced practice nursing, including coordination and guidance of clinical operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop evidence-based solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
