As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and configuring tools used for software deployment and operating system deployment.

The role requires assisting application packagers with complex packaging requirements and working closely with senior engineers to ensure smooth deployment processes.

Key responsibilities include assessing and integrating new hardware into our systems for OSD, ensuring all drivers and required driver apps are installed.

  • Assist application packagers with advanced packaging issues
  • Help mentor junior packagers
  • Maintain management tools/servers (Microsoft Configuration Manager, Adaptiva)
  • Keep tools/servers versions up to date

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in application packaging, knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy, and good knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager and Adaptiva on Windows server systems.

A strong understanding of PowerShell, SQL, and ITIL processes is also essential. Familiarity with Intune and Office 365 is a plus.
