Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
  • Develop individualized therapy programs tailored to clients' needs and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, including speech sound disorders, apraxia, language delay, literacy development, fluency disorders, voice difficulties, and swallowing impairments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with diverse client populations, including children and adults.
  • Proficiency in comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Work Environment

  • Full-time hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with some work from home acceptable.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations, including preschools, schools, childcare centers, day programs, supported workplaces, aged care facilities, and clients' homes.
