Job Title: Kiosk Customer Solutions Specialist

Description:

The role of a customer service specialist is to provide face-to-face support and resolve routine problems for clients. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

We are looking for experienced customer service professionals who can represent our client and provide a positive experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to handle cash transactions accurately, and possess a strong understanding of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customer enquiries in an appropriate manner
  • Work as the first point of contact for customers
  • Assist customers with online services
  • Take payments from customers

Requirements:

  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service
  • Ability to respond appropriately to customer aggression and/or inappropriate behaviour
  • Confident and capable in using computers and systems
  • Attention to detail and administration skills
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers in a face-to-face setting
