Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Subcontract Administrator. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the provision of services from primary subcontractors, developing positive supplier relationships, and drafting commercial presentations and reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and resolution skills, with experience in achieving commercially focused outcomes. A qualification from an accredited tertiary institution in a related discipline or equivalent experience is highly desirable.

  • Supporting the management and coordination of subcontractor activities
  • Developing and sustaining positive supplier relationships
  • Preparing surveys, quotes, work statements, and RFQ packages
  • Reviewing bids and proposals
  • Assisting with subcontract deliveries, changes, and related commercial tasks

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, and provide exceptional customer service.
