Subcontract Management Expert

The Subcontract Management Expert will coordinate and manage a range of activities in support of business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills to deliver subcontract management expertise for the lifecycle of subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver subcontract management expertise for the lifecycle of subcontracts and supplier agreements
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to be aware of all active and developing subcontract issues
  • Review and manage subcontractor performance, ensuring that agreement(s) deliver value for money
  • Lead / co-ordinate / support the resolution of subcontractual claims and issues

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field of study
  • Demonstrated Leadership and Management of geographically dispersed teams
  • Proven strength in negotiation, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Australian citizenship is required
