About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Lead to join our Technology team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software components for our clients' products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Software Development: Design, develop, test, integrate, deploy, maintain, and improve software components for our clients' products.
  2. Code Quality: Write well-structured, documented, efficient code and participate in code reviews to improve code quality.
  3. Bug Investigation: Investigate and fix bugs with the support team.
  4. Testing: Write unit and integration tests to ensure software functionality and help diagnose and fix errors found during testing.
  5. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for new and existing systems.
  6. Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and expertise with the team, identify areas for improvement, and focus on user needs while developing software.
  7. Process Adherence: Follow the SCRUM process and continuous improvement initiatives, adhere to workplace health and safety policies, and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
  8. Task Management: Manage daily tasks along with urgent business needs and unplanned issues.
Requirements
  1. Technical Expertise: Experience working on both the front-end (user interface) and back-end (server-side) of web applications, proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, and.Net Core for building.NET applications.
  2. Database Development: Experience with SQL Server development, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
  3. Programming Languages: Familiarity with at least one additional general-purpose programming language beyond.NET and experience building web applications.
  4. Cloud Environment: Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably AWS, with a DevOps culture.
  5. Collaboration Tools: Experience using tools like Git, Bitbucket/GitHub, Jira, and Docker for collaboration and project management.
  6. JavaScript/TypeScript: In-depth understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and related concepts.
