About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and driven individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Professional. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Serve and reset tables throughout all service periods
  • Proficiently serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Consistently deliver our venue's products and services
  • Communicate and liaise with team members to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain and clean all work areas to the highest standard
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures as directed by management
  • Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
