About You

We are seeking a reliable and driven individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant. The ideal candidate will be bubbly, friendly, and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a self-starting initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons.
  • Serve, clean, and reset through all service periods as required.
  • Proficiently serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Consistently deliver our venue's products and maintain a good understanding of our food and beverage offerings.
  • Communicate and liaise with team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain and clean all work areas, adhering to all policies and procedures as directed by management.
  • Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and follow Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel.
