About the Role

This senior manager will be at the forefront of delivering high-impact research for commercial and government clients. You'll lead complex quantitative and qualitative research engagements from scoping through to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex quantitative and qualitative research engagements
  • Design and oversee the development of research instruments (e.g., surveys, questionnaires, discussion guides)
  • Translate data into compelling insights and strategic recommendations
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-profile clients
  • Mentor and coach junior team members
  • Drive quality assurance across all deliverables
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing and pitch presentations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in market and social research
  • Proven expertise in quantitative (and qualitative) research methodologies
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Exceptional analytical and storytelling capabilities
  • Outstanding client engagement and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring and developing others
