Job Title: Executive Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive and secretariat support directly to the CEO, managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Assist the CEO with the preparation of reports, briefing papers, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Manage the flow of information to and from the CEO's office, ensuring timely progression of projects.
  • Take the lead in organizing committee meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting C-suite executives (CEO ideally).
  • Proven experience within the education sector is preferred.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with senior leaders.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will ideally have completed a Bachelor's degree or MBA.
  • Must be available to work onsite in the CBD, five days per week.
