Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional client service as a skilled veterinary professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct laboratory procedures including hematology, cytology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood chemistry, and fecals in a clinical setting.
  • Assist veterinarians during complex medical procedures such as dental and surgical operations.
  • Administer medications orally, intravenously, subcutaneously, or intramuscularly, and apply and maintain bandages with precision.
  • Perform essential nursing skills like restraining patients, administering medications, and proficiently placing IV catheters and performing venipuncture.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians to monitor anesthesia and assist during medical procedures, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT) certification or licensure is mandatory.
  • An associate's degree in Veterinary Technology is required.
