Delivering Memorable Experiences

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service – Deliver exceptional bar service, creating memorable experiences for guests from the first pour to the last sip.
  • Drink Knowledge – Stay informed about cocktails, wine selection, and premium spirits, confidently making recommendations and mixing drinks with precision.
  • Presentation – Serve beverages with attention to detail and in accordance with presentation standards.
  • Cleanliness – Maintain a clean and organised bar, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and an elevated guest experience.
  • Upselling – Utilise suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales.
  • Compliance – Adhere to responsible service of alcohol regulations, health and safety policies and hospitality standards.
What We Need From You
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol licence.
  • A passion for beverages, mixology and hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role is an advantage but not essential.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Must have valid Australian working rights.
