Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence.

  • Manage daily business operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Oversee Dermatologists and staff while supporting business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all business operations, including Human Resources, IT, WH&S, Insurance, financial management, and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain staff/dermatologist rosters.
  • Monitor office supplies, place orders, and oversee approval processes for supply purchases.
  • Coordinate the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and termination.
  • Oversee payroll preparation and processing, ensuring compliance with wage laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and liaison with external accounting firms.
  • Support budget planning and monitor payroll-related expenses.
  • Implement, update, and monitor practice billing.
  • Organise meetings and prepare regular reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a medical software program.
  • Understanding of MYOB/Xero and knowledge of billing regulations.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative style.
