We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced educator to join our team in planning, implementing and evaluating programs that inspire young minds.

About The Role

This is a full-time opportunity across Monday to Friday. As the Early Childhood Educator, your primary focus will be to provide a safe and stimulating environment which meets the social, cultural, emotional, educational and physical needs of the children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Create, develop and implement high quality and engaging educational programs
  • Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths and abilities
  • Observing and documenting children's progress and development
  • Fostering positive relationships with children, families and the community
  • Develop and participate in a variety of community projects and initiatives
  • Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ACECQA approved Bachelor's/ Master's Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
  • Strong computer skills
  • Current approved First Aid Certificate
  • Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
