About the Role

As the CSSD Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a team-based environment while providing leadership and support to the CSSD team.\
  • Ensuring standards, guidelines, and legislative requirements are met with governance from assurance practice.\
  • Working in partnership with the Procedural areas and Ward areas to achieve quality patient outcomes.\
  • Maintaining high levels of proficiency, organization, and communication skills during periods of high demand and activity.\\/ul">

Key Responsibilities

This role requires:

  • A formal qualification in sterilization.\
  • An understanding of Safe Work practices.\
  • A sound understanding of Australian Standards, Guidelines, and Legislative requirements relevant to the area.\\/ul">
