About the RoleWe are currently seeking a skilled Signals Technician to join our Rail Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing signal project upgrades, changes, and maintenance.
This role will involve working towards the delivery of value-adding projects and maintenance to ensure high-level availability for signals infrastructure.
Main Job Responsibilities- Implement signals works and design changes safely and efficiently.
- Assist with scope identification for signaling projects and maintenance, including requirements and timeframes.
- Ensure works are completed on time and up to standard.
- Assist with training of sub-contractors and other staff, including apprentices and graduate engineers.
- Signals maintenance and fault finding.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Qualifications at a trade certificate level in Railroad Signaling.
- Cert IV Electrical Rail Signaling.
- A Grade Electrical Licence.
- C class Drivers Licence.
