  • As a certificate III qualified educator, you will provide quality education and care to children to support and facilitate their learning outcomes according to national quality standards and the early years learning framework.

Your work may include:

  • Developing positive relationships that support children, their families, and community.
  • Facilitating play-based learning environments responsive to children's interest, strengths, and abilities.
  • Documenting children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Completed certificate III in early childhood education with previous on-the-job experience (preferred).
  • Passion for working with children of all ages.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness.
