About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Planning Expert to join our finance team. This critical role involves driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, translating strategic goals into financial outcomes and actionable insights.

This role requires high ownership, accountability, and collaboration across the business.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with strong Excel skills and experience in financial modelling, as well as real business acumen.

The role offers opportunities for growth and development, working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will contribute to developing the annual financial plan, leading the rolling forecast process, and completing monthly revenue calculations and associated reporting.

They will also collaborate across internal functions to develop financial model inputs and assumptions while ensuring accuracy of inputs.

The candidate will translate complex financial and non-financial data into business insights and actionable recommendations, supporting finance and the broader business with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

To qualify for the role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • CA/CPA or CFA qualification with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or related roles.
  • Strong modelling skills with a demonstrated history of building and developing three-way models.
  • Comfortable operating in a multi-currency environment.
  • Experience with financial systems, ideally NetSuite.

Successful candidates will demonstrate adaptability to change, effective communication skills, highly collaborative behavior, and expert attention to detail.

They should also possess strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, the ability to work effectively in a team, and autonomy to work independently.
