Job Description

The Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk during evening hours. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Supervising and directing Reception and Reservations personnel to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Coordinating with other hotel departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensuring VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention and personalized service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office Systems.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
