About This Role

We are seeking highly skilled Simulator Maintenance Professionals to support the upkeep of Synthetic Training Devices in Perth, Australia.

Shift work is a requirement for this role, which offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working varied schedules.

The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain the Simulator and ensure its availability and performance.

You will assist flight crew and instructors during training, ensuring the achievement of maximum successful training events.

Key responsibilities include performing complex technical tasks, preventative and corrective maintenance work, diagnosing and correcting problems, utilizing maintenance management systems, and providing customer service support.

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong background in technical fields, with a minimum 2-year technical degree or equivalent. A direct simulator experience of at least 3 years is also required, along with excellent troubleshooting skills to system level. Proficiency in using test equipment and ability to perform preventive maintenance checks are also essential qualifications.
