Installation Technician & Delivery Driver Job Description

This dynamic role combines the skills of an Installation Technician and a Delivery Driver, ensuring proper upfit, hydraulics, wiring, and electrical components are installed, serviced, inspected, and troubleshot on truck builds.

The successful candidate will have excellent diagnostic and repair skills, with the ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and perform shop math. A Class A CDL with medical card for interstate transit is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, service, inspect, and troubleshoot truck builds to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform diagnostic and repair work using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Read and interpret complex documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
Requirements:
  • Class A CDL with medical card for interstate transit
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Basic shop math and ability to interpret work instructions
  • Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools
  • Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
  • Bending, lifting, and standing in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • Exposure to noise and weld/grinding smoke at times
  • Work in a team environment with minimal supervision
