Senior Mining Project Development Manager

We are seeking Senior Mining Project Development Managers to join major Lithium projects across Western Australia, offering attractive Salary Packages, site uplifts & PCB on DIDO 5:2 (Monday to Friday) and DIDO 2:1 rosters. These prestigious multi-disciplinary projects provide long-term opportunities (2+ years), allowing you to play an essential role contributing to their success from initial startup to on-site construction and closeout.
Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
In this key role, you will be involved in every aspect of the project lifecycle, including workpack development, planning, scheduling, and execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and aiding with project planning, scheduling, and executing the scope of work, organizing project resources, equipment, and materials/procurement as directed to meet project or contractual requirements;
- Providing technical or functional information as required to supervision and project staff involved in the execution of work;
- Identifying hazards and advising on safety procedures, actively monitoring work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance;
- Working in accordance with quality assurance procedures, client specifications, and ISO requirements;
- Assisting the project team with commissioning support.

Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in SMP engineering positions, developing project/construction schedules and work packs, completing progress reporting, and monitoring milestones within the mining industry;
- Clear written and technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics, and change management;
- Relevant tertiary qualification;
- Ability to undertake a 2:1 FIFO roster to Alice Springs.
