Role Overview

The Event Partnership Coordinator will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to valued partners within the event season.

This role focuses on the activation, management, and delivery of contracted partnership rights, ensuring our partners receive maximum value for their investment across The Edinburgh Castle Arena, during Castle Concerts and the Tattoo.

  • Support assigned commercial partners, nurturing strong, positive relationships across our concert series and Tattoo event.
  • Coordinate and execute partner activations during the event season, ensuring seamless delivery of contracted rights, including branding, hospitality, and experiential activations, marketing deliverables, on-site visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver creative and high-impact partnership activations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partner relationship management.
  2. Activation coordination and execution.
  3. Creative collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Based at: Creative Scotland. Regularly working on-site at The Edinburgh Castle Arena.

Rate of Pay: £13.40 per hour.
