Therapy and Leisure Partner

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Therapy and Leisure Partner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to promote the physical and emotional well-being of residents by partnering with them to engage in meaningful daily activities.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering person-centred care and support to residents. As a Therapy and Leisure Partner, you will work closely with the allied health team to support residents in maintaining their functional abilities, while encouraging them to use and develop their skills in ways that are personally meaningful.

You will be expected to follow residents' care plans and provide support during therapeutic activities. Additionally, you'll help ensure all practices are safe and comply with Work Health and Safety policies.

We're looking for someone who can be available at short notice and help cover during leave periods.
