Job Title: Customer Banking Specialist Relief

We are seeking a skilled banking professional to join our team as a Customer Banking Specialist Relief. This role will provide an opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and support customers with their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Have in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
  • Support customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications.
  • Complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial situations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide customers with options and solutions through education and demonstration of in-branch technology and digital banking services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in the financial services or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
  • The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, and act with integrity while placing the customer at the forefront.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercial environment and provide holistic solutions for customers.
