Senior Release Management Specialist

The primary focus of this role is to design, govern and oversee ITIL-aligned release management practices that drive business value and improve customer experiences. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end release management processes, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements to service now and other key tools, developing strategic roadmaps, and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of release management strategies across multiple teams and platforms.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments and minimize downtime.
  • Developing and maintaining best practice standards for release management processes.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to team members on release management methodologies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of ITIL4 certification, Agile methodologies, and experience working with service management software. A strong background in payments technology and financial industry knowledge would also be beneficial.

Requirements

ITIL4 certification required.

Certified Agile Service Manager / Agile Methodology preferred.

3+ years experience in Service Management.

Knowledge of payments technology, IT systems, and the financial industry.
