Technical Documentation Specialist

The Document Controller plays a pivotal role in supporting engineering through effective document control and procedural preparation.

You'll be responsible for:
- Controlling electronic and hard copy files, including alignment with our Quality Management System (QMS).
- Working closely with the Quality and Continuous Improvement Team to ensure policies, processes, and procedures are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conducting internal audits and maintaining ISO 9001 accreditation.
- Maintaining and updating engineering documentation and creating engineering bulletins, documents, and inspection, test, and commissioning procedures.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical, engineering, or industrial environment.
- Education: HND Diploma or Degree in Document Management, IT, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in M3 or similar systems, with commitment to training.
- High computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Internal auditor experience is advantageous.
